When will I receive my order?

Your ordered products will be normally dispatched within 1-3 days upon ordering. You will then receive an email with the tracking number for record. 

If you have ordered more than one item, and any of them is a PRE ORDER, your entire order will only be shipped until everything is in stock. The estimated arrival dates of pre-order items cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you of any changes, but your order will remain.

How will I receive my order?
Your ordered products will be directly delivered by Hong Kong Post OR S.F. Express to your shipping address – either home, office, S.F Self Pickup Points or EF Lockers.

If you would like to pick up at S.F. Self Pickup Points or EF Lockers, please input the corresponding address and code during check-out. Please refer to below links for the addresses of S.F Self Pickup Points or EF Lockers.

If you would like to re-arrange the delivery time or check the delivery status, please contact S.F. Express directly.

Remark:

  • Self pickup service at S.F Self Pickup Points or EF Lockers are only applicable to Hong Kong. 
  • Please let us know in advance if there is any special requirement before placing order.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Hong Kong - Customers are entitled to enjoy free domestic delivery service upon HK$680 purchase. For any orders below HK$680, a standard delivery charge of HK$40 will be applicable. Alternatively, you can settle the delivery charge upon receiving the products at S.F. Express self pickup points or EF lockers. Please contact us for further assistance.

Macau - Customers are entitled to enjoy free shipping upon HK$680 purchase. For any orders below HK$680, a standard delivery charge of HK$60 will be applicable.

Do you ship internationally?
We will officially launch our delivery service to Taiwan and Singapore soon. TW & SG orders are accepted in this trial period. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the package weight. We deliver your order by EMS or S.F. Express. The usual delivery time is 2-10 working days.

TW & SG customers are entitled to enjoy free shipping upon HK$1,500 purchase. In light of the current situation of COVID-19, please be aware that overseas delivery may be delayed. 

Customers from Taiwan should have completed the real-name authentication for customs clearance before placing any order with us. If you would like to receive the parcel via SF Express, your personal ID number may be required. If you have further inquiries, please contact SF Express for details.

Please noted that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and customers will be responsible for the corresponding fees for receiving the order.

 

我何時會收到貨品?

一般而言,我們收到您的訂單後1-3日內,會盡快安排發貨。發貨後,我們會以電郵告知訂單的快遞編號以作紀錄及查詢。

如同一張訂單內有訂購超過一件貨品並包括預訂貨品的話,整張訂單將會待預訂貨品返貨到港後,才會一併安排配送。預訂貨品的返貨日期只是預計而尚未作實,如有任何變更,我們會立即通知您,而您的訂單仍會被保留。

我會經什麼途徑收到貨品?
我們會以香港郵政或順豐速運將貨品送往您提供的郵寄地址,如家中、公司、順豐站或順便智能櫃。如您希望寄往順豐站或順便智能櫃,請於結帳時輸入有關送貨地址及點碼 (code)。有關順豐站或順便智能櫃的地址,請參考以下連結:

網店提供免運費服務嗎

香港 - 顧客凡消費滿HK$680,即可享有本地免運費服務。如本地訂單少滿HK$680,需每單繳付HK$40運費。如你希望到付,於順豐站自取點或智能櫃自取貨品才繳付運費,請預先與我們聯絡。

澳門 - 顧客凡消費滿HK$680,即享免運費。如訂單少滿HK$680,需每單繳付HK$60運費。

網店提供海外寄送服務嗎?

我們即將正式推出寄送往台灣及新加坡的服務。我們正進行測試階段,現時接受任何台灣及新加坡的訂單。運費會按包裹重量計算。海外訂單一般以EMS或順豐發貨,約需2-10工作天。

台灣及新加坡訂單滿HK$1,500享免運費服務。請注意,鑑於COVID-19疫情影響,海外派送服務或會有所延誤。
