Return of Defective Items

We are sorry that we DO NOT accept product exchange or return in general. We will only accept returns on damaged or defective goods which are caused by manufacturing faults.

We strictly undergo our quality control procedure before sending the items to you, however, if you have unfortunately found the items you have ordered are flawed. Please follow below steps for return. 

How to return defective items caused by manufacturing faults:

  1. Email us at info@littlelittlebean.com within 7 days of receiving goods. State clearly your full name, the order number and the item number of the defective items you want to return. And, please send us some pictures of product flaws. We only accept unwashed and unworn items in new, clean conditions.
  2. We will inform you the return address accordingly.
  3. Send your items back to us within 7 days from your notification.
  4. Evaluation process may take up to 14 days from receipt. If we accept the return, you can either have a new product sent or return the product for a refund. Please feel free to let us know. However, in the event that the product being returned is no longer available for exchange, we will contact you for further arrangement.
  5. If we have received a return that cannot be accepted (for example, the defects are made by artificial negligence), refund will be refused. The merchandise can be re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.

Remark: products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

All of our products are 100% authentic and little little.bean is the authorized retailer of the brands. Product designs, product names and content are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. 

 

有關損耗貨品的退貨安排

一般而言,抱歉我們並不提供貨品退換服務。若因原廠生產的貨品已有瑕疵或損耗,我們則接受退貨。

每當貨品寄出前,我們均會經過嚴謹的品質控制程序,盡力確保貨品質素無礙。若不幸發現收到的貨品有瑕疵,請按以下退貨步驟:

  1. 當發現原廠貨品有瑕疵或損耗,請於收到貨品7天內與我們聯絡,電郵至info@littlelittlebean.com,清楚列明你的姓名、訂單編號及需申請退貨的貨品編號。另外,請提供照片可展示貨品的瑕疵問題。請注意,我們只接受未洗穿、完整及清潔的貨品。
  2. 收到您的電郵後,我們會以電郵回覆退貨地址。
  3. 請收到退貨地址後,於7天將內有關貨品寄回給我們。
  4. 我們收到有關貨品後,會14天內回覆您是否接受有關退貨申請。如我們接受有關退貨,您可要求重新發送一件新貨品,或退回款項。如有關貨品經而售罄而未能補送給您,我們會再另行與您聯繫及安排。
  5. 如我們最終發現收回的退貨不符合上述規格 (如因人為問題導致貨品破損),退款將會被拒。如顧客希望收回該貨品,有關運費將由顧客承擔。

注意:如我們收到任何沒有預先通知的退件,請恕我們未能接納有關退貨。
